ZZ Capital was founded in 2011 with registered capital of RMB1bn, and cumulative investment to date exceeds RMB40bn. It is a multi-asset class focused asset management company which have access to large amount of capital from a variety of funding sources, has the capability to work with companies at their highest strategic level, and has access to domestic and international deals and industry resources.
Since its founding, ZZ Capital focuses on investment and mergers and acquisitions of industry leaders in China and abroad, in the form of private equity investments, venture investment, listed company private placement. ZZ Capital utilises resources from many types of industry leaders, financial institutions and strategic consulting institutions, providing flexible funding to our portfolio companies.
At present, ZZ Capital has established strategic relationship with nearly 100 listed companies and private companies, and owns a Hong Kong listed platform - ZZ Capital International（HK 08295）.
The company has participated in the consolidation and capital market activities of many leading enterprises such as Zhongnan Heavy Industries, Sanju Environmental Protection, Sky Dragon Group, Transfar Group, and Golden Landscape. ZZ Capital has been given numerous awards by organisations such as Forbes China, Zero2IPO Group, CV Capital, China Bridge etc. to recognize it’s outstanding investment performance. Di is the founder and Chair of the Boards of ZZ Capital.
Through the use of innovative business models and creative transaction structures, Di has successfully led over RMB30bn of investments, including a number of high profile transactions such as ZhongNan Red Culture Group, Sky Dragon Group and Beijing Sanju.
She holds a Master of Finance and Marketing degree from the University of Sydney.
